固緯PEL-3031E直流電子負載
PEL-3000E系列是一款可程式單通道電子負載,PEL-3031E提供300W(1V~150V/60A)電流吸汲能力。承襲PEL-3000系列之LCD面板及操作界面,操作簡單,視覺上一目瞭然。此款為固緯針對中低功率電子元器件、電池、行動電源、電源類產(chǎn)品需求所提供的高速且精準量測測試機種。
PEL-3000E系列適用於60mA以上電流吸汲及量測應(yīng)用,包含charger/ Adaptor和各種電源供應(yīng)單元及可攜式充電裝置之量測應(yīng)用。
PEL-3000E 提供了七種操作模式,分別為定電流、定電壓、定電阻、定功率等四種基本操作模式再加上定電流加定電壓、定電阻加定電壓、定功率加定電壓模式,使用者可依照產(chǎn)品的需求測試,選擇不同的操作模式。在定電流模式,電子負載會依據(jù)設(shè)定的電流值,吸汲一個固定電流值。在定電壓模式,電子負載控制吸汲電流,維持電子負載的輸入端電壓為一個定值。在定電阻模式,電子負載會依據(jù)所設(shè)定的電阻值吸汲電流,吸汲(線性)正比於輸入電壓的電流值。在定功率模式,電子負載依據(jù)所設(shè)定的功率,將消耗負載功率(負載電壓x負載電流)。
依據(jù)測試條件的不同,用戶可以使用靜態(tài)(Static)功能產(chǎn)生一個固定負載吸汲條件、動態(tài)功能(Dynamic)週期性地執(zhí)行兩個吸汲條件之間切換或Sequence功能提供二個吸汲條件以上的測試。Sequence功能可分為Normal Sequence和 Fast Sequence。Normal Sequence功能是*彈性的方式去產(chǎn)生複雜吸汲條件??晒┦褂谜咭佬蛟O(shè)定不同吸汲條件(CC, CR, CV or CP模式)及時間(可設(shè)定範(fàn)圍: 1ms to 999h 59min 59s)來建立一組有變化的吸汲條件。而Fast Sequence可設(shè)定*小的步階(step)時間解晰度為25us,利用多組步階(step)參數(shù)的設(shè)定,可以讓使用者模擬各種實際負載的連續(xù)電流變化。例如: 電動工具模擬測試。使用示波器及電流探棒的量測,紀錄電動工具操作時的電流波形,經(jīng)由電子負載sequence參數(shù)設(shè)定模擬電流波形,測試電源裝置並分析電動工具運作狀態(tài)。Soft start功能可供使用者決定吸汲電流的上升時間,以多少時間到達電子負載所設(shè)定的電流或電阻或功率值。適當(dāng)?shù)脑O(shè)定Soft Start的上升時間,對於待測物(電源)瞬間的輸出電流所造成的輸出電壓擾動,可以有效的抑制。一般的DC load沒有Soft start功能,當(dāng)進行高速吸汲電流的控制時,因為電子負載與待測物之間連結(jié)線的電感效應(yīng),所以在電子負載輸入端產(chǎn)生瞬間壓降,因此造成輸出電壓反單調(diào)遞增(Non-monotonic increase). 而透過PEL-3000E的soft start功能不僅輸出電壓可以符合單調(diào)遞增(Monotonic increase),而且可避免Inrush current及surge voltage在待測物端的產(chǎn)生。例如: 利用power supply+ LED+ DC load(啟動Soft start)可避免Inrush current及surge voltage對LED造成損害。
PEL-3000E具有計時(count Time)功能可以得知電子負載吸汲電流的時間,幫助使用者估算出待測物功率容量。計時關(guān)閉(cut off Time)功能,使用者可以利用此項功能控制電子負載吸汲電流時間,彈性的控制時間,可以增加電子負載測試的靈活性。UVP過低輸入電壓保護功能可應(yīng)用於電池放電測試,當(dāng)電池的工作電壓低於UVP的設(shè)定值時,電子負載停止對電池吸汲電流避免過度放電,藉以保護電池。除此之外PEL-3000E系列提供類比控制(Analog Control)端子。供使用者以外部電壓, 外部電阻和開關(guān)控制PEL-3000E,也可從類比控制(Analog Control)端子監(jiān)視電子負載狀態(tài)及顯示保護警報等。
